Ordering a customized mascot? Custom sizing is free of charge. Custom colors, logo additions, and other modifications to our existing products are available for an additional USD 45.99, added to the product price. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing. The total estimates above are for standard orders; processing time may also vary with product availability.

How much does customization cost?
Custom sizing is free of charge. For custom colors, logo additions, or other modifications to one of our existing products, a customization fee of USD 45.99 is added to the product price.
What happens during order processing?
After receiving your order, we prepare your items and carry out quality control checks and testing before shipment. Standard processing usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on the product and its stock status. Customized items require an additional 3–5 business days.
Can express orders be shipped to a PO Box or APO address?
Our express delivery service does not support PO Boxes or APO military addresses. Please provide a street address for express orders.
Why is there a charge for express delivery?
Your order is shipped internationally using an express carrier service. Express shipping fees are based on item weight, and the exact cost is displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.
Who pays customs duties if they are charged?
If your local customs authority charges duty, please pay it first and send us the official customs invoice. We will cover those fees based on the invoice provided by your local customs authority.
