Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it. If your order has not shipped yet, a tracking number may not be available. Contact us with your order number if you need help.
Why are there no tracking updates yet?
The carrier may not have scanned your package yet, or the latest scan may still be updating. Check that you entered the complete shipment tracking number and try again later. If you are concerned about a delay, contact our team with your order and tracking numbers.
Can I use my MakeMascot order number here?
This tracker uses the shipment tracking number supplied by the delivery carrier. Your MakeMascot order number identifies your purchase and is used when contacting our customer service team.
