After your credit card payment
After a successful credit card payment, we will send your order details to the email address you provided at checkout. Please review the details for your reference.
You do not need to reply to this email. Once your payment is successful, your order proceeds through our normal production and shipping process. We do not wait for an email reply before starting production or arranging shipment.
If any order details are incorrect or you need to request a change, contact our team as soon as possible and include your order number.

Which email address will receive my order details?

What if I have not received the order email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact our team with your order number so we can help check your order details. After successful payment, your order does not wait for an email reply.
What if my order details are incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the details that need correcting. Because production proceeds after successful payment, please contact us promptly so we can check whether your requested change is still possible.
